    It looks like you have your camera set to video only instead of photo + video. You also have your start/stop times set from 12:00 to 12:15 so your camera is only functioning for 15 minutes a day. What does camera management say after you request the video?

    I only set that 12 to 12:15 for the video then I change it back after 12:15 turning off the 12-12:15 setting.

    The red cancel update bar down the bottom turned green after something triggered the camera

    Are you leaving the camera set to "photo+video"  most of the time (not just "photo" or "video")?

    If you want a video you need to have it set to photo + video, then it takes the picture and sends it to you and records the video and saves it. Then if you see a picture that you want the video from you just request the video from the picture screen on the app. Iphones have a video icon on the bottom of the screen when you're viewing a picture and Androids you hit the three dots for the drop down menu and request video is an option. Then the next time the camera checks in it should send the video.
