    This camera is junk, was wondering why I wasn’t getting any photos in an area where I know without a doubt the deer are going thru. I would get random video of nothing. I decided to put another camera up right next to the Spartan camera to see how many deer I was missing ( if any) and I couldn’t believe the results. I had 11 deer walk by in 1 morning. Spartan camera never turned on once, my other camera took 11 pictures. They have terrible customer service for one, and the camera is junk.

    Jon, what is the camera model? Is the firmware up to date? What is the time and date of your last status report? It might be helpful if you took a screen shot of the last status report and post it here. Include everything from the top of the report to the SD card info at the very bottom. You might have to change your phone to desktop view in the settings to see the insert image icon.
