What are the camera models? Are you still getting status reports? Where are you buying your data from? Do any pictures show anything other than P5 in the lower right corner, especially look at some night pics?

I have 3 GC-24Gc2. Last status reports 9/19, 10/1, 9/22. Two cameras have a P5 and one a P3. Data is coming from Verizon. They took good pictures for about two weeks, then each one separately quit sending pictures. We know there’s activity there, there’s cattle in there every day

P3 is definitely low battery, any chance you are out of premium credits since you're getting your data from Verizon?

Not sure, what do I need to do to get credits

When I registered the cameras, I thought I paid for three months

You bought your data from Spartan or through Verizon directly?

Sept 9th my Amex card was hit 3 times from Spartan for 35.99. Should I have run out of credits in less than one month?

It sounds like you bought a 3 month/1 G plan from Spartan for each camera. Those data plans include premium credit. If you ran out of data, you would have gotten an email when you had 10% left so it’s probably not data.

What are the specs of the SD cards you are using?

You mention cattle. Are the cameras where the cattle can get to them? If so, something may have happened to the antennas. Not saying that’s likely but I don’t know any camera people who like having cows around.

The cattle wouldn’t be a problem. Not quite sure what specs on the SD cards. Apparently they were the right SD cards, because they took pictures, great pictures for the first 10 days or so

The fact that the cameras took pictures the first few days doesn't necessarily mean that the SD cards are "to spec". Cameras sometimes work with marginal or even wrong SD cards for a while.

Here's an article on SD cards so you can confirm that your SD cards are "to spec".

I went to the website, found the correct SD cards. I have purchased three at Best Buy, and will take them to New Mexico with me. I hope that solves the problem. very disappointed that I have not had pictures in that period of time. I’m headed back to New Mexico with my grandson on an elk hunt, and those were our scouting cameras. Will let you know if that solves the problem.

Wendell, make sure that you format them in the camera when you install the new cards.

OK, just got back from my L cunning trip with my grandson in New Mexico. I bought The required SD cards from Best Buy. I installed brand new lithium batteries, even though it was showing full power. As before they took pictures for about two days and then completely stopped taking pictures. So highly disappointed in Spartan. I have six Spypoints that are a lot less expensive, but I had to use external antennas for the reception. All three cameras showed full battery power and full bars on reception. We brought these cameras back to our camp, where we had good reception from Verizon, and they still would not work. I paid over $800 for three cameras. Send me your address so I can send these camelback for either a refund, or three new cameras.
    Again, very disappointed!!!

Look sat the status report for the cameras, is the firmware up to date? Also go into the menu and to diagnostics and see if the camera will pass the hello test. If you could post screen shots of the status reports from the cameras that would be helpful too. If using your phone you might have to hit the drop down menu at the top of the page and check off desktop to see the insert image icon.

YES, the firmware is up-to-date. OK, when I get home I will do the freaking hello test. This is crazy. I bought these less than 2 months ago, and each camera has less than 600 pictures. One would think that you could just turn the camera on and get pictures sent to your phone!
