No video download option

I am not getting a video download option on my iphone or laptop anymore. I was wondering if there’s a setting that changed that made that disappear or what the problem might be. Any help is appreciated.

  You can check the online portal to see if it's there. My guess is in the camera settings it's set to photo instead of photo+video.

  Camera is set to photo+video. I have checked numerous times. Always had the option until about 2 months ago.

  I would update the settings again just to be sure that the camera settings match the app. If you're batteries have died sometimes the camera resets itself.
