Camera Randomly Stopped Uploading Photos

Have an ATT GoCam Blackout. Been working fine for a long time, and a few days ago it stopped uploading pictures to the app, no pictures on the portal online either. Tried reformatting SD card and that did not help. Camera obviously has connection because on the online portal the number of pictures is increasing. Good batteries, and reception is fine. In the same place it has been for nearly 2 years. 

Note: A few days ago after I turned it off and back on it worked fine for about few hours and now its back to this and doing that again did not help.

    Also, the app says I have 4 premium credits.

    I'm not sure what you mean by it's not sending pictures to the portal but the number of pictures is increasing. What is the camera model and is the firmware up to date?

    I'm not sure what model it is other than GC-ATTb/GoCam (AT&T) Blackout. I have never done a firmware update, never needed to since 2017. I noticed the lifetime number of photos had changed, but it has not changed in the past 2 days now even though it is still taking pictures.

    I would start by updating the firmware and we can go from there. A lot of times those updates are for connection issues. Below is a link to the updates and instructions. Make sure that you use the firmware for your exact camera model.
