    Turn off encryption in the camera settings on the app and update the settings, the second or third picture you get after that should be viewable

    Go to settings and then scroll down to Wireless Settings. The pictures will still be viewable from your SD card.

    So I have to pull the SD card? I hope not because that is why I went with a spartan so I could place the camera and wait and see the pictures

    With encryption off you don't have to pull the SD card, just for those that you received while encryption was turned on.

    Have taken about 10 photos since I took the encryption off and it is still doing it.

    Did you click update settings after you took it off? Are you using batch or instant delivery?

    Yes, I did hit update and I’m getting instant delivery

    I would try updating again. Make sure the time zone is set in the camera settings on the app. Can you post a screen shot of your status report?

    JsonI changes the SIM card and last night the same thing happened. However I did check my phone an hour ago and it actually had taken the last 4 pictures but the 4 before that was locked. Then the 4 before that was fine. I will continue to monitor and let you know how it is going. Thanks for the customer support. I have another ghost camera to place this weekend.

    So i bought to lock boxes but they don’t fit the ghost camera. Do you have ones that fit the Ghost camera?
