Camera not taking pics

Moved camera on 10-11. Hasn't taken pic since? Received 3 white pics then nothing since. Changed sim card and reformatted this past weekend and still nothing.

  Changed SIM or SD card? What brand, class, speed, capacity, size (standard or microSD/adapter) is the new SD card?

  Never turned the camera off when my son moved it. It hasn’t worked since. Changed sd card this week reformatted with no change

  Were the white pics while he was moving it and setting it back up? Any chance the antenna got damaged?

  Yes and not sure about the antenna. Still receiving status reports so wasn't thinking anything about antenna.

  The status reports are a much smaller size so they can sometimes be sent when the antenna is broken. Are your status reports only at midnight or are they at random times too? The white photos are most likely because he was very close to the camera while setting it up causing the flash to fire and white out the picture.
