    Maybe one doesn't need them yet. Are you getting your data from Spartan for one of them by any chance?

    I use the app for all of them. It just sends pics to my app. I’ve never got text from them, even though they say they do through us cellular.

    Are they all the same model numbers? You can look at the premium credits history on the app or portal and it will show you the dates of the credits. As long as you have credits in your account the camera should take one when it needs it so I wouldn't be concerned as long as it's still sending. New cameras do come with a free credit so maybe that has something to do with it as well.
