    Where are you getting your data? Does it pass the Hello test? Did you take/send a manual photo? What are the specs of the SD card you are using?

    Manual photo: camera in setup (so on for the Ghost but screen still up), point camera at something, press OK to take pic and OK again to send pic. 

    There’s no reason to request a status report because the camera sends one every time it contacts the server.

    So my daily status report just came through on its own at 12 am but still no pictures. The report says I have full ATT coverage bars and I the SD card usage has gone up so I know pictures are taking but they’re not being sent to me.

    Did you set the camera up and test it before putting it out? Have you ever gotten any pictures from it? Look on the online portal and see if there's any pictures there. It's my.spartancamera.com

    Purchased the ATT plan through the Spartan website.  I set up the camera at home prior to putting it out.  It said I had full service bars so figured that meant it was set up and ready to go.  I put it out yesterday and it said Initializing and then connected with full service so figured it was good to go.  Just checked the online portal and there are no photos and says 0 photos but the SD card "used" amount increased so something happened.  Status report as of last night shows full signal but no pictures.  We were walking in front of it for hours yesterday setting up the deer plot so I know there were pictures taken.

    Look on the portal and make sure it's it's showing your data plan as active. Also what does it show for SD card space used and available

    11.41 MB Used; 31.09 GB Free

    I checked Premium Credit and says Begins 2020-09-11 and Ends 2020-12-11. I also got charged so assumed it’s active.

    Just got another Status Report. Still 0 pictures transferred but SD card usage increased.

    I would request a format of the SD, if you're getting status reports but no pics that's usually a sign of SD card issues. You can request the format on the status report screen, you'll get a picture hopefully with an F on it after the format is successful.

    i have the same problem bought 3 cameras and cant get any pics on my phone. i formated through the app and still nothing
