Please call 770-582-0004 9 AM - 6 PM Eastern M-F and speak to someone in tech support. They’ll need to put the ICCID and IMEI for your new camera on your existing plan.
Then you'll need to do like Liz said and contact Spartan about changing the info on the plan. What kind of damage did it do? Sometimes the fresnel lens or LED cover can be replaced.
It destroyed lense over motion sensor over summer when I wasn’t checking it much. Dirt and moisture got in it and figured I’d be better off just getting a new one.
