    The Spartan data plans auto renew so unless your card expired or there was some other glitch your data should have continued. Did you get the purchase and activation emails for the new plan?

    The data plan is through US Cellular and is not through Spartan.  I've been using the camera for almost a year without running out of data.  I maxed out the 100mb plan.

    Ok, I see now. There is a chance the batteries got low trying to send the pictures without a data plan. Did you get a status report or anything at midnight?

    Two nights ago I did receive the status report.  Last night I did not receive it in my email.  When I check the status report it shows "Status As Of 2020-10-26 00:00:39"  Status report shows full bars on the battery icon and 5.7v power voltage and last photo from  Oct. 23 shows P5 in bottom right corner.

    I have the camera set up with a solar panel kit I purchased through Spartan.  All indicators look like the battery is fine.

    Yes.  Everything appears to be the same on the App and on the computer.  Also I have 2 premium credits left so that is also not the issue.

    When did you run out of data? Is the camera close? You may want to go to it and turn it off and back on or see if something else is up.

    Camera is 2 hours away.  Ran out of data two days ago when the last picture was sent.  Just noticed the data issue yesterday at which time we increased the data plan to 1gb.

    Something seems strange if you got a status report after you ran out of data. Can you post a screenshot of the status report from your app please.you may need to change to desktop view on your phone to see the insert image icon on this page.

    If you are referring to premium credit, then the situation as I can see it on the app is that the last credit was used 10/5/2020 at 7:52:53 with period end  11/5/2020 at 7:52:53 and I have 2 credits remaining.

    Data appears to be working again.  But I'm still not getting pictures.  Is your only suggestion to power cycle the camera?

    Can you check if my firmware is up to date?

    Look at the status report screen on the app, it will have an orange update button or say up to date. I would turn the camera off and back on, format the SD card and default the camera in it's menu. Then take and send a manual picture while in setup mode.
