I’ve sent my camera in for repair under warranty with a RMA Z108559. I’ve attempted to contact your office via telephone to no avail. I’m trying to get a timeframe on when the repair will be completed. Please advise.

    Yes, I just got confirmation of that. It is in their possession but has not been looked at yet.

    What is general time frame for repairs? I received confirmation October 19. It’s hunting season and cameras are needed

    I don't know exactly what the time frame is, this is the busiest time of year and they are working as fast as they can on things.
