Camera not sending any pictures.

Camera wasn’t sending videos that I requested so I went to the portal and requested them again and now I’m not getting any photos or videos. I checked the command history and it says completed on some requests but not sending them.

  Are you getting status reports at all? Hows the battery power?

  My battery is showing 2 bars and haven’t received a status report for quite awhile

  2 bars is very low, the indicator shows voltage, it's not like a fuel gauge showing how much is remaining. Requesting the videos probably killed the little bit of power that was left when the camera tried to send them.

  For only running the camera for a month and only taking 332 pictures?

  What is your camera model and what batteries are you using? Did you request any HD or videos? Cell cameras use a lot more power than a standard (non cellular) camera. Good alkaline batteries can last around 450 pics if you are having the larger 1280 sized images sent. Lithium usually last the longest and a lot of people are running an external rechargeable, some with solar and some without.
