    First thing I would try is formatting the SD card. What is the time of your last report?

    I haven't received any photos since midnight either.  My formatted the SD card.  Also, when I try to update my camera settings it stalls or takes hours to update.

    No i have a 6 month data plan thru spartan, no premium credits. Camera is a GC-A4GB

    I did get report, have not formatted card because I want to retrieve pics, Will be at camera today and will change card and format then.

    Exact same issue here with 2 different cameras on ATT network.The last contact with the first camera was at 11 PM on November 2, the last contact with the second camera was 2 AM on November 3. No pictures since then and no status reports since then.

    I usually get over 100 pictures per day. There is something wrong. A little help would be much appreciated!

    Eric,

    please start your own post. Please take screen shots of the status report from the app for both cameras. We need to see from the battery/signal indicator through the SD card info. It may take two screen shots per camera.

    You may need to switch to the desktop view of the site in order to be able to post your screen shots.

    Have emailed questions several time and have had no response.  Camera stopped sending photos to my phone as well.  It takes photos fine but will not send them to my phone.  Please help... very expensive camera to just be siting inside an we can not figure it out.

    Tracy please start your own post so we can keep the diagnosis separate. Include a screen shot of your last status report when you do. You may need to change your phone to desktop view to see the insert image icon.
