How long should it take my cameras to update once I send the commands to update firmware and format SD cards. It has been 20 hours and I am doing this because I am not receiving any pics. 2 seller are cameras that I just turned on for the year. Verizon service with new credits. Fresh batteries in both and the same SD cards I have always used in both. Thanks

    The cameras need to check in sending a picture or status report to get the commands that you requested. Do the cameras find signal and pass the hello test? What are the camera models?

    Do you have the cameras with you? Depending on how old the firmware is you may need to do a manual update. I know one of the previous updates was for a connection issue.

    I do not have them with me - I did not update them in the last 12 months I know

    Please post a screen shot of the status report from the app for each camera. We need to see from the battery/signal indicator through the SD card info. It may take more than one screen shot for each camera. You will have to switch to the desktop version of the site in order to post screen shots from your phone.
