3 cameras not sending pictures...

Hello.

 

I have 3 cameras (2 GC-G4Gb's and 1 GC-W4Gb)  and over 1-3 days,  I have not received any pictures. I had 1 camera start acting up about 3 days ago (no pictures sent) and then the other 2 yesterday.  I typically get dozens of pictures so this is a little strange.  

*  cameras have new batteries

*  Plenty of credits

*  Firmware was up to date on 2/3 so I updated the 3rd one this morning.

*  Sim cards needed to be formatted on 2/3 so I did that as well.

 

Any help would be appreciated!

  Are you still getting status reports? Where are you getting your data from? Have you checked the online portal to see if the pictures are getting there and just not to the app?

  Thanks for responding so quickly.

   

   

  I get a notification ( on my iPhone) that I have a status report so when I go into my app,  I just touch the battery icon to bring up the report.  Not sure if that helps.

   

  Verizon service

   

  I have not checked the online portal.  How do I do that?

  After you formatted the SD cards did you get a picture with an F on it? Did the format button turn red again or stay grey?

  When formatting the SD cards,  they stayed grey.

  Whoops,  yeah, I check the online portal everyday.  No new pictures there.  I will go out tonight and verify pictures are being taken.

  If they are staying grey then the cards aren't formatting, after a successful format they turn back red. What SD cards are you using? They need to be 32gb or smaller, class 10, 80mb/s or faster and full sized cards (not  a micro in an adapter)

  16gb. Fulls size. I will buy new ones today and try those.
