Verizon (GC-V4Gi) 2-3 yrs old? Never had any issues, but am now unable to connect to network. So far I've tried new batteries, 2 brand new SD cards (16 gb sandisk extreme class 10 80mb speed), new SIM from Verizon today, 3 different antennas, default settings restore, manual firmware upgrade, even asked the Facebook experts!! It never says failed to connect on the screen or anything other than "searching network...". 

HELPPPPP!?

    Note- about every 3-5 minutes it restarts itself. Not sure if that's useful information or not?

    Restarting is strange, can you post a picture of the information screen from the camera? Also try a class 4 card just for the heck of it, just make sure it's 32gb or smaller.

    I tried the class 4 card on advice from a FB forum- that didn’t work. Not sure how to post a pic from my phone-

    Only other thing I can think of right now is to try the firmware update again. It needs to connect and get that imei number showing.

    Might want to call Verizon and double check the Sim is active and ask them about doing a dmu reset.

    I was at the Verizon store Friday for over an hour getting new sim and troubleshooting on their end. Have 5 other cameras working correctly. It’s not a Verizon issue

    Not saying it's a Verizon issue but the reset could help, they also aren't always that familiar with the cameras and their function. Will the camera let you get into the menu to do a hello test?

    Bobby, are you still getting status reports and if so what is the time and the date of the last one?

    Not getting any status reports. Last status report is from the same time and day as the last picture.

    How's your battery power? Any pictures showing anything other than P5 in the lower right corner? Have you checked your data plan?

    I have the camera here at the house now. Changed batteries, antenna, and SD card. Tried to to a hello test and also tried to change the apn. Tried to format SD card. But it always says system busy

    Can you default the camera in it's menu? Also cancel any pending commands.
