    We’re going to need a lot more information? What model  (GC-what?)? Where are you getting your data?

    Is the camera not taking pics, taking pics but not sending them, or sending them to the portal but they aren’t getting to your phone?

    please post a screen shot of th3 status report from the app. We need to see from the battery/signal indicator all the way down through the SD card info.

    I’m sorry..I thought I included the screen shot of the status report. I changed the batteries and since then it stopped working. My service is through Verizon. Now my camera isn’t doing anything

    If you hit the settings tab on your phone and switch to desktop view you should be able to see the insert image icon

    If it stopped when you added the new camera, check your Verizon account to be sure both cameras art on it. Verizon has been known to replace an existing camera with a new one.

    The camera is on as my wife works at bluegrass the company that put the service on the camera. I don’t see a settings tab to switch to desktop

    I have tried to format the SD card from the app and it times out, I have also tried to request update settings and it times out.

    The first camera is only 2 weeks old? I would try a different SD card or formatting the one that's in it in the camera menu. You can also default the camera in it's menu.

    Not sure what you mean about “times out” when you request an SD card format or settings update, but the camera isn’t online. It only gets requests the next time it contacts the server so anything you’ve requested 

    It should be checking in just after midnight each day and it missed yesterday and today so it’s down for some reason. Is there any chance that something could have damaged the antenna or someone could have tampered with the camera (turned it off, removed the SD card, stolen it)? It tried to send a photo (or maybe it did send a photo) at the time it sent the last status report.

    I will go check the camera now. It isn't even 2 weeks old no if that. I got the SD card at walmart 16 gb scan disk i believe but will post a picture soon as i get to the camera.

    I tried to format the SD from my app and like i said it never worked or would send again it is still trying to update as we speak and has been going on for over a day. Brand new right out of the box.

    Shows full signal full battery like i said. Was working fine, went and put batteries in it bc they died quick and now wont work.

    Your requests won't happen until the camera checks in either sending a status report or picture.

    Yes it did send a picture . I always do a test before leaving the camera
