Shared cameras

I share my cameras with 2 people. One never has a issue. The other has issues. That person will receive photos has he should just fine but all of a sudden the screen will be blank after notice of a new photo. He keeps getting alerts when a photo has come to the app but when he clicks on the app the screen is blank. I checked his settings today and they seem right. This happens often now. So I delete him from shared cameras then re-invite then it works as it should. But all of a sudden for no reason then screen will be blank after he gets alerts that a new photo is delivered. I receive them no problems along with the other person I share my cameras with. I’m sure it something simple but I can’t figure out why he gets the pics but then he can’t see them. Suggestions?

    They can try logging out and back but might have to completely delete the app and reinstall. Make sure all permissions are allow too.

    We have had this happen. We have tried reinstalling, reinviting, everything. Still don't receive pictures! Just notifications. Very frustrating!

    Dean, Android or iPhone for the person having issues? Have they tried looking in hidden cameras?
