    The date/time 11/22/2020 20:47:11. Sd card is a SanDisk 16gb SDHC card

    Look at the SD card label. Most will have a 10 in a circle if they are class 10. What brand card is it? Is it standard size (not microSD/adapter).

    Does the camera show on your app and on the portal? If so be sure the camera is set to instant and premium, not auto. You can also default the camera in it's menu.

    The card is a SanDisk and it doesn't have the 10 in a circle. The camera does indeed show up on app and portal. Its also set to instant and premium

    Turn the camera off and back to setup, once it finds signal press the OK button to take a picture and then press it again to send the picture. Watch what happens and what it says on the screen. Not having the class 10 SD card may be causing your issues.

    The test picture came through instantly. I also ordered a new SD card but that won't show up till next week

    The firmware is up to date. However I put the camera up last night and it worked perfectly! Even without the class 10 card
