Are any of your pictures showing anything other than P5 in the lower rt corner, especially look at some of the recent night time images.

Have you checked with US Cellular to make sure that the plan is still active? Can you post a screen shot of your status report please?

US Cellular has said that everything looks like it should be working on their end.

That status report is from yesterday morning so if your last picture was on the 24th the camera was still communicating after that. I would request a format of the SD card and see if that helps. Also make sure that your timezone is set in the camera settings on the app, if it's not set that and request a settings update before requesting the format. When was the last time you changed the SD card or formatted it?

Activated the camera on Sept 2nd. It hasnt sent a status report since 24th. I have requested a settings update (to force a picture) but it hasnt updated the settings. That request was 24 hours ago. Time zone is good. If it wont update settings, would it format the SD card?

Unless I'm missing something the status report you posted above is from the 27th? And yes if there is an SD card issue it's possible that it will format when it doesn't send a picture. I would cancel the settings update and request the format.

I had a similar issue - I resolved it by pulling my SIM card and reinserting it

Also - all my photos show P3 - should it say P5??

Mathew, P3 means you're batteries are getting low, especially if they are lithium. You'll probably need to change them very soon

To the original poster, have you changed batteries since you put it out ?  Is it just running on internal or external.   Battery power on the status report can be deceiving.  We have 3 of 15 that stopped sending pics and status this week, but it’s ATT.   Generally swapping the batteries, formatting the card and turning off and back on and taking a manual pic, solves most connection issues.  But you have to be at the cam :0(

Camera is on lithium ion batteries. Installed on 9-2. The status report is from the 27th. Last pic on 24th has P5 in the right corner. I waited to reply until this morning as the settings seemed to have been updated at some point last night. No current status though and the picture it was "forced" to send at 7am did not send. The camera is a couple hundred miles away. We will be going to it on the 8th of October. I have the solar pack to attach to it for longer durations. I assumed that batteries would last a month. Is that not the case?

Did you get a status report last night at all?

No. It seems to have sent the settings change but the status report is still from the 27th.

If you just loaded the cameras to the app you won't get any pictures until the camera takes new ones.

Back to the last question I had. You said the battery indicator isnt accurate. Would you think it would be a battery issue? Lithium ion batteries installed on 9-2.

It very well could be depending on how many pictures that it's sent in that time.
