Sim Card not compatible
I have hell every year trying to activate this thing...
This time I go thru your process and then it says SIm card not compatible, contact support.
I'd really like to speak to a person and get this fixed ASAP.
I can't find a way to "Contact Support" as their prompt says.

What model camera is this? GC-what?
If this is a camera that’s been using AT&T Buy-A-Session, then that SIM works for BAS but doens’t not work for Spartan plans. Is there any chance that’s the situation?
Maybe make notes this year (OneNote is free for phones, I think, and I use it to keep track of all sorts of random bits of info that I know I’ll forget but will need again) on what works so you don’t have that frustration next year.
