turning off "Quick Tip" in app?

How do I turn off the "Quick Tip" function in the mobile app?  It got turned on on my smartphones and I can't find where to turn it off.  Thanks in advance.

  Just do what the tips tell you to and it will stop. Maybe you accidentally hit reset quick tips in the settings.
