How can I turn off the camera when I have several doe standing there feeding for a long period of time?

no reason to have 25 photos of doe standing there.

  If you turn off the sensitivity you won't be able to turn it back on until midnight. You can just extend your trigger interval and then change it back after a period of time or you can play with the start/stop times.

  Or if you have some scheduled events every couple of hours, you can turn sensitivity off and then turn it back on so that when the scheduled event happens, the camera will be turned back on. 

  Either of the ways Johnny suggested will work, too. You just have to figure out what makes the most sense for you.
