GC-Z4Gb stuck on boot

Camera gets stuck on boot up screen , "you dont have to be there" 

Tried with an without sd cards , pulled out sim , tried holding playback button and going to setup , plugged in a usb cable to computer, powered it with 6V. 

No support number I can find , so what the hell else do I do to get this to work? 

I have 12 of these cams and have problems but less problems than other similar cell cams. Have not had one do this yet. 

Nothing is physically wrong with it either.

  Try doing a manual firmware update, here's a link to the updates and instructions. You'll have to follow the procedure for cameras without the firmware update in the menu (playback button method)

  I tried that as I explained. I hold down the playback button and click to setup and it just hangs on the same screen so not sure what else I can do from there?

  You loaded the firmware on to a clean/blank SD card first?

  Yes , just halts on the boot up screen ~

  Probably best to get in touch with tech, most likely going to have to send it back at this point. support@spartancamera.com They may have a different update that might help but I'm not sure.
