2 Cameras stopped sending at same time last night.
We have 4 cameras running on solar that take pictures every 5 minutes. Last night at 00:17 (Central) 2 of the cameras stopped responding. How can I prevent this in the future?

Yeah, everything has been auto-renewing just fine, and since they're different data plans for each camera it would be pretty unlikely that they'd run out of data at exactly the same time. That exclamation point is actually an info icon that just gives you the break down of images.

I really appreciate your help, John. Should I create a support request or are the forums the best way to handle issues like this?

Both cameras last picture was 2020-12-10 00:12:17.
One is on a 250MB plan that renewed 11-29 and normally auto-renews every 22 days at the current image rate (every 5 minutes)
One is on a 1GB plan that renewed 10-16 and auto-renews every 10 weeks or so.
Also we get the usage warning messages a couple days before an auto-renew and those haven't happened, so it doesn't seem to be a data plan thing IMO.

That is a good point, Elizabeth :) I will do that!
John, I scheduled the remote format yesterday evening and when the cameras checked in last night everything is back running. Every 5 minutes I'm seeing images come through again.
Thank you so much for your suggestions. I opened a support ticket and they also recommended trying different SD cards. Both SDs were at about 25GB free, but if/when it happens again I may try that.
They also suggested maybe signal loss, the sites are about 12 miles apart... but I would have thought once signal came back everything would have worked fine...
