11 cams no emailed pics all of a sudden

I have 11 cams out and none of the emails pics are sent to arw are getting them am not getting my daily status updates either. Various cam models. Some data from buyasession and some direct from spartan. Credits are good and pics are going to my app. Is there a recent issue? I re-entered emails using the verification page. John

    I think that’s what you mean you’ve done (your last statement), but “re-entered” made me think you might have retyped them on the email or delivery page.

    What is the ISP (or ISPs)?

    Liz. These email addresses have changed i years. I am a long time customer and have had near zero issues until now. Nothing has changed on my end but I re-verified the emails just to be sure. From the number of posts about not receiving pics the last few days it makes me think something is wrong on Spartan's end.

    Yes I have reverified using the link. Including myself, there are 5 different email addresses. I reverified all. I got my  notice and responded. Told the others to do the same. Just curious how they could have all stopped getting pics. The app is still getting them. Thanks

    Just read Robin Mcgee's post and the reply about a major gmail glitch. Sounds like my problem. I will give the verification a few days to take affect and see what happens.  Thanks again!

    Verification should work immediately. It was an immediate fix for everyone that reported back. If it doesn’t fix your problem, you’ll want to talk to tech support.

    Thanks for your assistance. I was beaten by the Spam folder. Once we verified the emails the status reports for me started coming in and my friends got the pics.
