Some Verizon 3G cameras coming back to life

There have been several reports of Verizon 3G models VCTb coming back to life starting yesterday afternoon. There has been one VCTi user who has said his came back up. There are a couple of reports of VZWb coming back up. Mine started back around 10 AM Central today.

There’s no telling when Verizon might pull the plug again, this time permanently, so you’ll want to make plans to replace your cameras.

Spartan is offering an upgrade special for those with Verizon 3G cameras who have not already taken advantage of the upgrade offer. Regular GoCams (black or white flash) are $250 and the Ghost is $320. If you are using security boxes, you will need new ones for either new camera model. Email sales@spartancamera.com

No swapping, you get to keep the 3g and use it until 3g sunsets. I would send an email to sales@spartancamera.com
