  Have never recieve a status report from this camera. I get one every night from my other camera.

  What is the camera model? Are you using the app? Is the other camera still sending pictures? Is this a new camera?

  Never recieved status report from the second camera about 4 months newer

  You can view the status report by tapping the signal and battery symbols and that will take you to the status report page. Every camera sends a status report at midnight and also with every photo. The status report page shows the latest status report.
