    The title should read Not always sending video. Try to type on my phone eating lunch. SMH.

    If you look at the online portal (my.spartancamera.com) at the cameras command history and it shows complete and no other error message then you should be able to request that video again from the portal. It does happen sometimes and I don't know why. It is being looked into. You may need to turn your phone to landscape to see the video request option.

    It reads complete with no error message, yet I can’t request it again. Even if I try from another device, It will not send it. In fact when I try to request itfrom another device after it shows complete but not coming through,it won’t even show it pending.

    So at least they are aware that it does happen sometimes and it is being looked into? Right? If that’s the case, I can live with that for now. Hopefully they’ll get a fix for it. I just wasn’t sure if it was something on my end. I recently had an issue with trespassers and I couldn’t get the video for the officer. A fix is desperately needed as this is a very important feature. Thanks

    Ok. I went to the website instead of the app and was able to make a second request for the video. Hopefully it comes through this time. Thanks.
