    Is the camera showing on your app? Where are you getting your data? Does the camera pass the Hello test? What happens when you take/send a manual photo?

    What model camera? (The model is on the second line of info for the camera on the home page?

    You can try logging out of the app and back in too as long as you bought a data plan and registered the camera.
