My 2 cameras are not sending photos to my emails. I use Verizon and both devices are active on my account. What do I need to do to get them to send the pics. They did last year but not now.

  Go to the online portal and to cameras and delivery options and make sure the email address is checked off.

  Maybe try unchecking it and then rechecking it if you didn't. Be sure to click the update button after you do. Sometimes email providers block the images treating them like they are spam. Are you using the app too?

  Did that. App on computer works fine. Mobile app won't let me login. Says invalid email or password which it isn't. Or I get a server error signal. Either way I don't get logged in.

  Go into the phone settings (not the app) and to apps and then the Spartan app. Then go to storage and try clearing the cache and data/storage and see if it will let you log in then

  Isn't there a way to order the camera to take a picture and send it using the online app?

  The old 3g cameras used to have that option if real time was turned on and the camera was set up for it but the newer models do not
