Not getting pictures

My cameras stopped sending pictures a few days ago. I just walked out of the Verizon store and my account is current.

  You might have to hit the settings menu and change to desktop view to see the insert image icon. I would say your issues is either SD card or you are out of premium credits.

  I still have premium credits. I’ll swap out the SD cards but what are the odds of two SD cards going out at the same time?

  I would request a format of the card and see what happens. Is the firmware up to date?

  It is. When i request a format, it doesn’t do anything.

  It won't do anything until the camera checks in either sending a picture or status report. Hopefully it will format at the midnight status report.
