Black Photos on App

Strange thing. On my app, I get black pictures with nothing on them. They do have time stamps, but they are just black. Then for no reason it seems like it goes back to normal and I get pics. I formatted the card and rebooted> anything else to check? (Model GC-Z4Gb, latest firmware

    That is very strange. I wonder if the ir cut filter got stuck.

    I thought so too. If I go to the first black pic, it looks like it hasn’t switched to IR. I could make out what it was but couldn’t tell exactly what it is. It's happened more than once so I'm not sure

    If it continues to do it you can try a manual firmware update.

    ok I'm still getting these black pics. I have tried updating firmware manually along with putting new batteries in with no luck. Also set everything back to default.

    I agree, get in touch with tech and they'll probably have you send the camera in to be looked at.
