Getting the notification that I have a new photo, when I go to the app to look, I have no new photos.

  Are you getting picture notifications or status report notifications? Are the pictures getting to the online portal? (My.spartancamera.com)

  Same here as of 5 minutes ago. 9:40 Eastern Time. been doing it for the last 40-ish minutes

  20 minutes ago it sent me 3 pictures but before that over an hour and I know I was actually taking pictures bc there’s no buck plus on the ground in the last pictures and there was plenty in the pics before that

  Steady pictures up till 19:33 then nothing till 20:22 and nothing again but still getting notifications

  Same steady pictures until 19:34 and still nothing. I have 18 notifications

  John, Status reports are also outdated. Last one on my ghost cam is 20:37 and I don't know how many notifications of images I've received since, but it's a lot. Same with my 2 go cams. Notifications of images and status reports but no images in the portal or app and status reports from the last images that actually came through.

  Ok, it's being looked into. It may just be delayed or repeated notifications. We'll hopefully have an answer soon.

  Last picture for me was 20:42.... received notification for new picture and status report for 20:43... no new picture. But status report updated.

  Same here. Last picture was @ 19:56 and have been getting notifications for over an hour. No pictures when I check
