getting pictures but no videos

I have 3 spartan cameras, all getting photos but not all videos. Occasionally I will get a random video here and there. I hit the request button for video request per usual. The alerts come in as usual in the form of the banner on my iPhone, but there's no video. The status report shows completed request for video even. What is happening? I've never had this happen before. Any recommendations? All batteries strong. All settings seem correct and haven't been changed. I've missed out on some very good buck videos, please help.

  Check the command history on my.spartancamera.com, Camera Management. It may show failed when the app shows completed. You can request the video again from the portal. 

  It’s a know issue but I’m not sure where it is in the list of things to be worked on.
