camera stopped sending photos

camera has been working great for over a year......last picture camera sent was 10-4-20.  i changed the batteries and has not sent any pictures since then.  attached is a screenshot of the status report.  i have turned camera off for several minutes and then back on, took out SD card and re-inserted, took out SIM card and re-inserted.  nothing has worked so far.  why would the camera just suddenly stop sending photos?

  Camera sent a status report on 10/27 at 6:50pm. I would try formatting the SD card. Either through the app or in the cameras menu.

  how do you format the SD card through the app?  I just looked at the app and couldn't find where to do it at.

  It's on the status report page. It will stay pending until the camera checks in so it might take until the midnight report to complete. If it's successful you should get a picture with an F on the bottom of it.
