Camera Not sending pic

I’ve had problems with this camera before and had given up on it. Decided to give it another try, and bought data for it and it started working...for a few days. GC ATTb-kT Brand new Lithium Batteries Tried Several in Spec Sd cards- formatted Restored defaults Changed from the APN settings from BR to BL Including turning it off after the new setting. It won’t work on the BL setting. Camera light senses motion according to the green light on set up mode. Sending a manual picture sends a picture. Hello test passed. Plenty of data and 85 days left on Attbuyasession. For some reason it is not taking any pictures and putting them on the SD card. When I decided to buy more data for it it was taking pictures and storing them on the SD card. So it looks like it will send a pic, but for some reason it’s just not taking any to send. I also tried changing the sensitivity to high. Anything else I can try?

    You can try defaulting the camera in it's menu and if that doesn't help you can update the firmware. Even if it's up to date you can refresh it by manually updating it again. Here's a link to the updates and the instruction.

    I reloaded the firmware and also restored defaults.  Also I have pulled batteries out so maybe it would reboot.  Still doing the same thing.  any other ideas?

    I had to call support for mine doing the same thing. They will have you change a few settings and do a few test. They had me up and running in 10/15 mins.

    Can you post a picture of your SD card and also a picture of the information screen from the camera.

    You can try formatting that card in the camera but I have seen that brand cause issues before. If formatting doesn't help then I would try a different SD card.

    Traded that card out with this one and the camera started working again.  I put the Onn SD card in the working camera I took the scan disk card out, and it works with the ONN.  Guess I will get some more SCan Disk cards since I'm running 5 cameras!  Thanks

    Me too. Just ordered 6 Scan Disk 16’ 90 MB sec. they had them on sale. Going to replace all of them.

    John, you were helping with the other week with one of my cameras that just stopped sending pictures. Then all the sudden it started sending again for over a week both cameras were sending pics then just like that they both stopped again. Have credits, I am using scan disk 32gb cards cameras have cell service. I requested status update the command went through but I got nothing. I also after I had this problem the first time I set up test pictures to be sent at certain times. I am getting nothing. I am guessing in a few days they will start working again, but very frustrating when you spend money and they work when they want

    When the first camera stopped I had requested some videos. Now that I think about it when the second camera stopped I was requesting like 5 videos. Would that do something to them?

    Zach that sounds like either low battery or possible SD card issue. If you start a new topic we can do some more diagnosis. I just don't want to get things confused here.
