New GO Cam out of the box.  I have 3 Bars, and I see the camera in the app.  When I do a manual photo and test, no picture shows up in my app.  My send mode is "instant" in wireless settings on camera.  I refresh on my app, but it does not see pictures

  When you send the manual picture does it say sent on the screen? Try logging out of the app and back in.
