Video didn’t send

I have my camera set to picture+video. I requested a video download, my camera sent a status report, but the video didn’t show up. In my command history it says the video request is complete, but the video is nowhere to be found. What happened? Can I still get the video?

  Go to the online portal (my.spartancamera.com) and look at the command history there, if it just says complete with no errors then you can request it again from the portal. If you are using your phone you  may have to turn it sideways into landscape position to see the request video icon.
