camera doesn't power on

I think there was something crashed during updating firmware manually. Normally, the camera restarts automatically after going through processing of firmware updating. Unfortunately, the camera didn't restart and unable to turn power on. I have tried firmware recovery as well but it still doesn't work. Any suggestion, please?

  Does the green light on the front blink when you turn the camera to setup?

  You are probably going to have to contact support then. I'm assuming you are using aa's for power, do you have any way to try using the external plug?

  I had a similar problem with 2 of my older cameras. The power on, setup, and off switch was about worn out.

  Even with new batteries, it was very finicky. So I plugged in a power adapter along with the new batteries, and they

  work for now.
