added a new blackout gocam and not getting pics

I have one Verizon blackout gocam with about 12 premium credits on my account and just added another one. I have already setup through Verizon using the Verizon sim card and registered the device so it shows up on my camera management page. The new camera came with a free premium credit and also passes the hello test. It has taken about 4-5 pics (I pulled the sd card and verified) but no pics on the spartan app for this new camera and same on the website page. Any ideas? I was under the impression that premium credits are shared for all cameras on your account. Just not sure why they aren't being sent to the app???

  Premium credits are shared among all cameras on your account.

  What SD card are you using? Can you post a picture? Did you format it in the camera?
  
  What happens when you take/send a manual photo? (camera in setup and on the network, point it at something, press OK to take a picture and OK to send)

  You can try defaulting the camera in it's menu. Be sure the camera is set to premium and instant, not auto. Did the camera send a status report to the app?

  So I formatted the card and tried to send a pic manually in the setup mode. It kept saying “sending” and then “retrying” then said “must be something wrong with sd card”
  The Ed card is a Sandisk ultra plus 130 mb/s 64gb. Does it really have to be a 32gb or less?

  Just put an 8gb card in and formatted it. Took a test pic and sent it. It worked! Thanks for the help. Should I pick up a 32gb or will the 8gb be fine? It is set to overwrite.

  8 will be fine as long as it's a class 10 and 80mbs or faster. If it's not then you may be ok or it may cause trouble down the road.
