Delete photos and they keep coming back after this horrible update!

After this latest update I delete photos and then next thing they come back. I never had any issues prior to this please find a fix

    There’s seldom any reason to delete photos manually. Use the purge days setting on the app. After that number of days, the app deletes them for you, anything that you haven’t saved. 

    Deleting photos is supposed to delete them from the portal, as well, so I’m not sure why you are getting them back. Maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling.

    But the bottom line is let the app do the work of getting rid of the photos by using the purge days setting. I use 7, so on day 8, the first time I open the app, all those that are 7 days old are gone automagically.

    I’m having same problem. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it about three times and that does not work. They took a good app that worked good and they turned into an app that works horrible. Please fix it because now it’s a frustration.

    Every time you uninstall and reinstall, all the photos become NEW again. 

    For those of us with many cameras, the old app download didn’t work well at all. It would sometimes take hours for all the photos to download. Some people’s downloads were over a day behind.

    Are you saying that photos you’ve deleted from the new app are coming back? (It’s better to use purge days to control what photos are on your device. After that number of days, the app will remove them from your device.)
