Go live not functioning!

I have set up my third spartin golive and this time the live stream and the option to immediately force the camera to take a picture is not functioning. I’m Shure it’s just in the setting , any ideas?

  Is the camera taking/sending pics as usual? Have you closed and opened the app and waited a minute or two?
