I am having an issue with my LIVE camera and I wanted to see if anyone else is seeing the same thing.  My LIVE camera will not work in the same places that my Ghost and Gocam work flawlessly.  I assumed it needed a better connection but I was told that is not the case.  I have a location on a remote lease where the Ghost and Golive connect almost instantly and work great sending pics or video without an issue. My phone will not work well in the these spots but the cameras always do.  The LIVE will not even connect. I can move to another location where my phone works fine and the LIVE works fine.  Is anyone else seeing this issue?  I entered a ticket and sent logs and had the camera replaced. The replacement has the same issue as the first one. I just tested it recently.  Frustrating, I would think the LIVE should work better but that has not been the case.  Entered another ticket because getting the run around on testing all over again.  I get you have to check everything but this is the second time and a different camera with the same results.

    Is the GoLive the same cell carrier as the GoCam and Ghost? Have you tried swapping antennas?

    Yes and Yes.

    Change memory cards.  Formatted Cards. changed batteries.  Used backup batteries.

    It works fine if I move up the hill just a little ways but it will not work where the others work flawlessly.

    Ghost and GoCam in the above post not Ghost and GoLIve. Sorry.  Bascially, the older models versus the newer LIVE model.

    When was the last time you had one of those other cameras there? I'm wondering if something changed recently with the signal

    I have had and do have cameras in this spot now and over the last couple years.

    I don’t have any issues with the other style. I was told to update the firmware with the most recent firmware that is now available and try it again.

    I would try swapping antennas, if the other cameras work in that exact same spot the GoLive should too. If swapping the antenna doesn't help try turning the GoLive setting off and see if it makes a difference.

    Just saw your post about how far away the camera is. Is the camera sending status reports?

    I tried the antenna swap already. That didn’t work. I have not tried turning off the live mode. I will try that next time just to see.
    The camera would not connect. I have it at my house. It is off and sitting waiting for me try next thing but can’t get out there for awhile.

    Is the temperature off all the time? Or is it during the heat of the day when the camera may be in the sun?

    When my camera sends photo it shows up with a picture of a lock where last year the photo came in.Is it a camera issue or phone?
