If you see an icon like the one below instead of a thumbnail photo, Photo Encryption is ON. You will only be able to view the photo by downloading it to your Windows computer and viewing it with the Wireless Image Decryptor/Viewer utility (Windows only), which you can download at this link: https://my.spartancamera.com/download. Photo encryption is available via the app only on GoCam and Ghost. It is a security option in the camera menus of the GoCam 2 and all GoLive models.
In order to view photos in the app or on the portal, make sure Photo Encryption is OFF.
