camera not taking pictures

I set a camera out, and it will not take pictures. The camera is set up and has full service, has the right SD card, and I have a data plan. I have 6 other cameras that work just fine, so I know what to do to get them going.

It is set up in my back yard, and I have tried to trigger it several times, but it will not take a picture...

  Have you checked the SD card to see if it’s taking pictures but not sending them? We need to figure out whether the camera is not taking pictures or whether it’s taking pictures but not sending them. Please look at the SD card to see which of the two it is.
  
  If it’s not taking pictures, what sensitivity is it set to? Does it connect to the network? Does it pass the Hello test? (camera in setup, showing connected to the network, press the Menu button, scroll to the fourth tab, down to Diagnostic, Hell test?)
  
  If it passes the Hello test, what happens when you take/send a manual photo (camera in setup, on the network, aim it at something, press OK to take photo then OK again to send)?

  It passes the Hello test. When I try to take a manual photo it says Card Lock.

  Have you looked at the SD card to be sure that the little lock tab is all the way up in its slot, not partway or all the way down? The camera is telling you that the SD card is locked.
