Are both cameras sending black pictures? What are the camera models and what size solar panel are you using? Are they the Spartan panels?

Herd 360 Solar Power Pack SPP1020 For Cellular and Non Cellular Trail Cameras. They are taking daytime pictures all day today just fine and 1 of the 3 is taking nighttime pictures just fine.  I am hearing that it might be a filter lens filter issue.  Maybe stuck?

It could be and removing the batteries and giving it a little tap on the side might dislodge it. You should be able to see if it's stuck in front of the lens, it's kinda pinkish and reflective.

Are you running any type of external battery or solar? Did you try the suggestions above?

Send support an email, you may have to send it back, they can help you with the RMA number if that's what it needs. Support@spartancamera.com

You can also try going into a dark room with the camera set to video and turn on your cell phones camera and take a manual picture on the Spartan while viewing it through your cellphones camera. You may be able to see the flash light up. Some phones have a really good filter so you may not see anything but it's worth a try.
