Trying to add camera to existing Verizon

I previously had two Spartans going through Verizon.  I recently had to send a camera in for repair.  Spartan remotely deleted the one camera from my app.  I received the new camera in the mail.  I'm not able to reattach the new camera to the my Verizon account.  Also when I try to "Register Camera" on the LCD screen of the camera it says registration failed.  Please help.

  You need to get a data plan for the camera and then register it. Do you know if you got your original SIM card back with the new camera?

  I’m having the same problem…..my camera was stolen but I got it back. I had to get a new SIM card casue the thief took it. So I have a new SIM card from Spartan and get the same message

  You need to contact either Verizon or Spartan (whoever is providing your data plan) and give them the camera’s IMEI and the new ICCID (SIM). That will connect the SIM to the camera, then you should have a data plan and should be able to use the camera.
