up graded phone now not receiving pics

Up graded phone and added application to new phone - photos did not update.  returned new phone and went back to old phone but still not showing any photos taken.  Google photos password was changed not sure if that is the issue why photos are not transferring.  Please advise?

  Make sure that you are logging in with the correct Spartan app/portal username and password. To verify that they are correct go to my.spartancamera.com and log in to the website. Whatever username and password that gets you in to the website should work for the app. Do your cameras show up on the app?
